Under the plan, if you are seeking asylum in the US, you can be deported to Guatemala, UNLESS you are Guatemalan and fleeing Guatemala.

Last week Trump made a big show of signing an agreement w/ Guatemala on asylum seekers.

Neither government has released the text of the deal yet.
Experts have had to glean what they can from leaked docs and tweets.

As Susan Gzesh explains it's not clear whether the agreement will ever go into effect.

@POTUS I’m an outsider. The frames within which I tell stories are focused through my own education, beliefs, privileges, and moral sentiment. To that extent they don’t provide a full picture. I encourage feedback, criticism, and perspective particularly from Afghans.
@POTUS I will provide more context to these and other pictures in subsequent threads. Right now, a response to the threat of genocide is my prime concern.

#Breaking - Some defense sources report #Indian air strikes across the Line of Control in Muzafarabad, #Pakistan. Indian air force briefing expected later today. Pakistan said Indian jets dropped their payloads & "fled". More confirmation of details needed.
There are also reports of dual, air and ground Indian strikes in Pakistan occupied Jammu and Kashmir. No official word yet. Waiting for updates. Stay tuned.
There are also reports that 2 Pakistani JF-17s fighter jets have been shot down.

The Evidence Obtained Outside Cameras will not show any evidence of ‘tempering’ but other than license plates of dozens of diplomatic cars (Many with tinted windows-large trunks) with related time stamp, drivers Info, model/year: Nothing.
#Turkish Intel-Investigative Bodies also have the list of all Diplomatic & Private Saudi & “other significant’ Planes in #Turkey for the period of ‘interest.’ Many of the Target airports have their own security cameras & related evidence.
