3. cost him his second term. But true to the billionaire class that tax goes from 15.3% on the first $132,900 of income then drops for higher earners to 2.9 on income above that. So that makes the Medicare and Social Security systems approaching insolvency. It's a regressive tax
4. So if we add a public option that is not universal I'm relativity certain it will be insolvent. The idea that people are going to complain when they lose their deductibles and co-payments is absurd. Unions can use the employer savings to raise incomes.
5. So here's the plan. Medicare starts at birth. Everyone pays a tax on gross income. I estimate 7% will do it but we may want to start at 10% an then look at it. That means a person who earns $10,000 pays $1,000 And a person who earns $100 million pays $10 million.
6. And if the #Kochbrothes don't like it, they can go back to Russia where their father build the Communist state.
