With so much beetle kill in recent years, we should be stepping up control burns, instead, environmental groups have resisted them, and we've had LESS, causing more fires, and vastly increasing their size. Controlled burns prevent OUT OF CONTROL FIRES.

If everyone who said “I like the NDP but they’ll never win so I’m voting Liberal”, actually voted @NDP, they would actually win.

In most elections the NDP gets a minimum of 15-20%. You only need about 30% support to win and the Liberals usually get 25-40%. #cdnpoli #NDP
Its simple math that if only about 1 in 3 Liberals voted NDP, the NDP would actually win a federal election. If half of Liberal voters backed the NDP they’d be in a guaranteed majority government. #cdnpoli #NDP
And that’s not even counting the Green vote who could be inclined to vote NDP for reasons like the NDP opposing oil pipelines, investing in renewables and campaigning on electoral reform. #cdnpoli #NDP
