One impediment to deploying these updates: the need for recertification each time.

“There is a question mark at the moment as to how these updates could actually get deployed," Neutze says. "We have been actively talking to folks at the EAC as well as others in the community."
Neutze on Microsoft's cyber assistance to political campaigns:
