@Niharb101 @NishkaK I think u r consistently missing my point: I tried to pt out that whatever form of protest u mount, violent or non-violent, the side with greatest violent backing will win. I objectively pointed out the blocks in non-violent protest or counters as well as violent. Let me remind:
@Niharb101 @NishkaK (1) non-violent route: legal- the highest unquestionable and totally unaccountable to the people (even parliament really has little power of oversight or checks) state institution of judicial dictats is supposedly the “close supervisor” of NRC, giving it a strangely Supra admin
@Niharb101 @NishkaK Above executive or combine judicial-executive infallibility. Any successful legal challenge that proves bias/selectivity/opacity innNRC will undermine the supposed infallibility and absolute purity of both motive and implementation claimed by judiciary.
@Niharb101 @NishkaK How do you think any institution that among all other institutions has made its unquestionability a sole legal prerogative-will be viewing such legal challenges by disqualified Bong Hindus? W
@Niharb101 @NishkaK (2) Bong Hindus outside their majority state taking out protests will be seen and shown by self-styled RW as “Bangladeshi illegal immigrant supporters” carefully hiding the repression of Hindus by Muslims both in BD and Muslim allies within India in border states and “center”.
@Niharb101 @NishkaK Left will help by condemning such protests as “communal” if protests highlighting the jihadi nature of BD as state and mullah+allies within India. They will bring their own protests highlighting the much fewer Muslim disqualifications helpingvthe RW narrative.
@Niharb101 @NishkaK (3) in their majority state, options r stark: BJP has shown its willingness to converge with mullaahs/EJs& anti Bharat separatists in political strategy of elimination of the Bong Hindu in the border states. They don’t expect BJP in state power to be any diff from NRC in Assam.
@Niharb101 @NishkaK TMC, the forces representing the dying remnants of INC, inherited both INC&Lefts dependence on mullahs -result of long standing protection of Islamic infrastructure by the Indian state and its elites love for the mullah as very effective repressive tool on common Hindu.
@Niharb101 @NishkaK During Partition&after Indian “center” and it’s Gandhian devotees in WB took specific steps to repress and stop any Hindu retaliation/popn exchange attempts -taking steps to facilitate return of Muslims to the state while putting as many blocks as feasible to persecuted Hindus.
@Niharb101 @NishkaK The communists, as sneaky as they r, realized that it wd be much less costly for them if they continued the Indian state’s favoriting Mullags in the east and especially at the cost of the Bong Hindu. And since communist ldrship was also mostly Hindu elite they shared in elite
@Niharb101 @NishkaK Elite Hindu fear and distaste for the common Hindu as a potential source of challenge to dominance: so like Gandhians they also felt the need to protect the mullah& thereby had to please them by not protecting Bong Hindus from mullah agenda: conversion/rape/expulsion in BD
@Niharb101 @NishkaK Just tell me how many political or nonviolent options do the disenfranchised Bong Hindu have? Some elite Bong Hindu disenfranchised hv the money to pursue the extremely costly legal route. Absolute majority won’t hv the money even. Established parties effectively mullah allies.
@Niharb101 @NishkaK If Bong Hindus had support frm networks of power for violence within India or transnational states with capacity for violence greater than the Indian and BD states can bring in, their non violent appeals/protests or even legal route wd hv been more successful.
@Niharb101 @NishkaK But within India, networks of power hv evolved from Hindu elite in collaborating with mullah interests over finance and suppression of the common Hindu. Bong Hindus, parts of “Maratha”, and Sikhs had challenged this collaboration and are therefore never trusted by ruling set.
@Niharb101 @NishkaK Maratha& Sikh elite redeemed themselves to an extent by become Brit allies but unlike Bong elite, managed also to contain their commons more. Bong Hindu elite failed or didn’t want to contain common Bong Hindu dissent and hence the whole ethnicity is detested.
