Breaking: 3 Dem Committee Chairs have sent a letter to VP Pence requesting documents related to the Ukraine for the on-going Impeachment Inquiry. If he refuses this will probably lead to a subpoena of the Vice-President.

Rachel Maddow just told @NicolleDWallace that as of today, the Impeachment Inquiry IS extended to VP Mike Pence, & that it's arguable that the non-prosecution mentioned in the OLC memo for President will extend to the office of the VP. He could be prosecuted for his role in this.
