.@realDonaldTrump is now speaking in the Roosevelt Room about an executive order on "transparency in federal guidance and enforcement."

He's talking about federal agencies as if he's not the head of the executive branch. His real concern is that he can't politicize them.

So far his guests have attacked the @EPA and the Army Corps of Engineers, as well as the 9th Circuit (for following the Supreme Court's Chevron doctrine, which holds that agencies interpretations of laws should be given deference by the courts).

Now he's bragging about the number of judges he and @senatemajldr have packed onto the courts, and thanking @BarackObama because McConnell decided that Democratic presidents shouldn't get to nominate judges.

Trump now introduces a guest whose business was put out of business by "a terrible practice, a certain way of government, of handling of things," which he can't seem to describe.

The guest is now attacking the National Park Service.

"No American should ever face such persecution from their own government," @realDonaldTrump says, adding "except for your president."

Always the victim.

He's now lying about @SpeakerPelosi being able to "issue subpoenas" but @SpeakerRyan not having the same ability. The rules are the same in this congress as the last.

Mueller WAS LEGALLY PROHIBITED from serving as FBI director, and Steve Bannon said UNDER OATH that he wasn't interested.
