I don't know if you've had this experience but it's odd...not deja vu, but poignant and weird and scary and cool too...I'm in the same hotel tonight I was in on 9/11. At that time our oldest daughter was 10 weeks old. Today she got accepted to her first BFA program. Time flies.
and just a heads up...don't ask where she got accepted. I can't tell you for security reasons because Nazi assholes threaten us on the regular, so...
but I wanted to share both the happiness of this and reflect on the whole aspect to how quickly that 18 years went since I was in this hotel...
