Bernie takes aim at Warren’s M4A plan.
“We do disagree on how you fund it. I think the approach that (I) have, in fact, will be much more progressive in terms of protecting the financial well being of middle income families”

Bernie cont. he thinks Warren’s $9 trillion “employer Medicare contribution” will have a “very negative impact” on jobs.
“I think that that would probably have a very negative impact on creating those jobs, or providing wages, increased wages and benefits for those workers”
Bernie’s math on funding M4A has been fuzzier, less detailed. “You're asking me to come up with an exact detailed plan of how every American — how much you're going to pay more in taxes, how much I'm going to pay. I don't think I have to do that right now” hesaid this last week.
Warren responds to Sanders here.
“employers will pay the same as they’re paying currently under Obamacare. In fact, they pay a little bit less.”
Warren declines to criticize Sanders plan even though he has acknowledged raising middle class taxes, something her plan was explicitly crafted not to do.
Will be interesting to see if this is a one-off from Bernie attack Warren on Medicare for All. She’s taking a lot of incoming from the center but criticism from both fronts will be tougher. Does she criticize the lack of funding detail in his plan?
Bernie’s critique is similar to @MattBruenig ‘s on the “employer Medicare contribution.”

“Specifically, the Medicare head tax charges middle and low earners massively more than the Medicare payroll tax does.”

Also, more M4A news cycles for Warren are likely coming given that’s she’s releasing another plan specifically on the transition in “weeks.”
Warren asked again about Sanders’ comments.
