I hate the state of UK politics. Antisemitism/racism popping up across the political spectrum.
Please Step back from the politicians/parties; ask yourself what political process has caused the sharpest rise in hate crime. Do we want to be trapped in it for years of negotiations?
Nigel Farage and Boris Johnson BOTH blamed minorities and other countries for people suffering in the UK. And they've both tried to say it's the EU's fault Brexit hasn't gone well.
If Brexit makes life harder, you think they'll STOP blaming minorities and take responsibility?

2️⃣ Unfortunately Michael Gove is so good at what he does that when I don't hear from him for a while, my brain just reverts to thinking he's not that bad, especially compared to Johnson and Farage, but his sociopathic lack of remorse in this clip is something I won't soon forget.

When a country's in crisis, who suffers most? Already marginalised groups.
With the rise in hate crime & anti-migrant talk Brexit's unleashed, if it happens ALL minorities will suffer!
Someone once told me to let Brexit happen because otherwise Farage will get back on his soap box.
I immediately responded with the quote below.
The hate Brexit has unleashed doesn't stop with EU citizens. Farage already tipped his hand when he pointed at Syrian (non-EU) refugees.
Andy wigmore, the man who literally worked alongside Nigel Farage and Richard Tice who now run the Brexit party, said the campaign he ran with them was like what the Nazis did!

1/ I fight #antisemitism on a daily basis however,for the 1st time,a campaigner against antisemitism blocked me on Twitter. I was accused of not having "accepted that Pamela Geller is a propagator of anti-Muslim hate" and referred to me as someone who "denies and defends hatred".
2/ Claims about Pamela Geller "Denying genocide" and that "Geller denies the truth of the Bosnian genocide" were also made (after I had been blocked).
I have since conducted some research and this thread offers a response including some questions to such accusations and claims.

This morning I sent a tweet to someone who was clearly smearing #Corbyn I started by saying "You joined the Lib Dems because you are a #Tory You line your pockets on the hard work of others." For my troubles I received a lot of abuse.
Nice to know that remainers consider a nurse and veteran a cultist dickhead. I actually voted remain, but would rather see Corbyn negotiate a trade deal that keeps many of the freedoms we have than have a no deal Brexit!
To debate and discuss the nuances of brexit etc. Is one thing but to use #Antisemitism #Racism #Cult and the notion that Lib Dems are progressive is another.
