This is the ultimate “known wolf,” to steal a term coined by @pspoole
This is even worse than Nidal Hasan, who gave PowerPoint lectures about why he must engage in Jihad and kill. Law enforcement was aware he was capable of committing violence—only a year ago!—and yet he was giving “de-radicalization” talks (probably in CVE programs).
How many CVE “experts” did this guy interact with who had no idea this guy was trouble?

If you can’t spot the “violent extremist”—but are bringing him in to lecture—you have no real qualifications.

This is utterly embarrassing for you and the Post. If this deposition doesn’t set off alarm bells for you—especially that it’s fact-free and full of stuff that wouldn’t ever happen, if you know the subject matter—something else is going on.
Despite being crazy, the Krassensteins DID CORRECTLY predict the fake "second witness" by name (to what? we don't know). And if they're not legit, why did this clown-- whose deposition we're supposed to be wowed by--give them a ton of dirt? It's such bullshit.
Because this story was so flimsy--it's not even flimsy; that would imply it's far more legit than it is--and the charges against Omar and Qatar so overshoot the mark, from here on out, anything on either of them will be greeted with a giant "meh."

Looks like Twitter is now hiding impressions, making it impossible to know how Twitter is throttling your account and preventing your followers from seeing your tweets.
Engagements are still listed. Reminds me of a dishonest talking point Twitter reps gave me last year: "what if your tweets aren't getting a response because they're not that good?"
Now they'll be throttling the display of your tweets to your followers (who have opted-in!), and insulting you when you bring it up or complain to them about it. Miserable, miserable company.

I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt and say they’re not whores taking a paycheck; they’re not serious about the world around them and it’s a scandal that this should come out of the most well-funded “conservative” think tank in America.
Of course, Rush Limbaugh wasn’t a new *platform*—he had a show on a very old platform (AM radio). In this example, it’s the Fairness Doctrine itself that is the equivalent to Silicon Valley’s stifling of speech.

At the outset of the #Brexit process, most people assumed that a deal on #police and #judicial co-operation was easier to get than one on #trade. Time has shown this is not the case. Ongoing co-op on #JHA is one of the few items yet to be agreed on #withdrawal deal. Why?
Well, because the #EU and #UK's opening positions in the #negotiation are incompatible: Britain wants a #bespoke agreement with the EU, a la #Schengen, but is not willing to accept #ECJ or #EUCharter. EU wants to replicate existing models. What to do?

1/ First, understand that "agent" is a legal term. An "agent" is a person authorized by another person to act in their stead—and with their authority—in performing a task. If the authorization is for a specific task, the agent is a "special agent." If general, a "general agent."
2/ Sometimes, a "principal"—the person who authorizes an agent to act in their stead—will authorize his or her "agent" to *themselves* use new agents in the performance of their authorized task. So, Principal A may authorize Agent B to use various sub-agents to accomplish a task.
