Change file permissions on Windows using cacls.

Cacls files /e /p {USERNAME}:{PERMISSION}
#HTB #infosec

/p : Set new permission
/e : Edit permission

{USERNAME} : Name of user
{PERMISSION} : Permission can be:
R – Read
W – Write
C – Change (write)
F – Full control
