Corruption isn't the (real) reason Africa and Africans are poor (compared to other continents)

Africa is poor because we (Africans) have wrong mindset about money. And this manifests in a number of our adages which have been passed down through generations as truism

One of the wrong mindsets Africans have about money is that it is limited. The implication of this is that there are limited number of people who can be rich at any material time before available money gets exhausted. The rush to get a share of "limited" wealth fuels corruption

However, history has proven that money isn't limited in its abundance. We have more people on earth today than we ever did at any time in the past. Yet, we have more billionaires and millionaires

That should be enough proof that financial wealth isn't limited in its abundance

Another reason Africa is poor is the erroneous belief that one needs to hide his source of wealth if he will remain rich for long.

Money is a function of value brought to the market place. As long as you remain a person of value, you'll continue to make money not minding....

...who knows your secret.

Bill Gates has Microsoft and virtually everyone on earth knows this. However, fact that Microsoft remains a product of value, Mr Gates has remained atop the Rich List

The belief that remaining rich is tied to not exposing your source is reason why....

we have few African families with generational wealth as rich men of yesteryears failed to teach their children "secrets" behind their wealth

There is nothing mystic about generating wealth. It is all in following time-tested principles (modeling).

The more value we create,....

the more money is available.

IF EVERYONE BECOMES A PERSON A VALUE, EVERYONE WILL BECOME WEALTHY.

Africa will be wealthy, we just need to change our beliefs about money
