JUST IN: The House will vote this week on a War Powers resolution to limit Trump’s authority to go to war with Iran, @SpeakerPelosi announces. 
Last year, both the House and Senate passed a War Powers resolution (with Dem and GOP votes in both chambers) to scale back U.S. involvement in Yemen. Trump vetoed it, and there wasn’t enough support in Congress to override the veto.
In his veto message, Trump called the Yemen War Powers resolution “an unnecessary, dangerous attempt to weaken my constitutional authorities.” politico.com/story/2019/04/…
