Does anyone serious believe activist judges appointed by Hillary Clinton wouldn't have granted the request of a violent criminal for review?

Think this ruling obviously further makes my point. The Fifth Circuit majority—1 Reagan, 1 Trump appointee—simply pointed to a SCOTUS ruling in July, which was related.

Neither law, nor a SCOTUS ruling, stopped liberal district and circuit judge activism.

1. While it's true farmers took a big hit under Trump's trade strategy, Democrats last night came across weak.

Farmers are more sophisticated than big media and certain pols give them credit for and vast majority understand it was unavoidable.

What they REALLY hate...
2. What farmers REALLY hate, is the effort to impeach Donald Trump, who they still very much stand with.

In Dec., the Farm Journal Pulse Poll found 82% either strongly or somewhat approve of Trump's job as president, up from 78% in Nov. and an all-time high.

Only 17% disapprove
3. By the way, it was taken before some of the more positive trade developments and could actually go even higher.

Point being, why would they retreat now? That's the Democrats' plans, to retreat. It would've all be for not and they know there's more, better deals coming.

Nancy Pelosi's attempt to blackmail the U.S. Senate and hold up the impeachment trial conveniently ties up Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren on the campaign trail, and frees up Joe Biden and Pete Buttigieg.
While Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren are stuck as jurors in a trial in Washington, D.C., and NOT on the campaign trail, so-called "moderates" Joe Biden and Pete Buttigieg will have the venues all to themselves during a critical campaign period.
Speaking w/ a life-long friend who is working for Bernie again this year, they believe he's the FR and if he loses it'll be B/C DNC tried again to rig it.

Such as taking him off the campaign trail.

That's one of several reasons why I think Joe Biden's poll position is inflated.

Congratulations.

You're one of the ≤ 4% of GOP polls show disapprove of Donald Trump.

Pretty silly.

Even with challengers on just 8 state ballots, Obama's total % of the natl pop primary vote was the lowest of any incumbent since 1992 when Pat Buchanan challenged H. W. Bush.
Yet, Barack Obama went on to clobber Mitt Romney, despite the weakest uncontested primary performance in two decades, and despite being the FIRST and ONLY incumbent to win re-election with less electoral votes and a smaller share of the popular vote.
Point being, Democrats should vote their conscience, for whomever they support just like Republicans did in 2015 and 2016.

Don't let ridiculous propaganda, favor articles like that tell you for whom to vote. They're not representative of the population.
