In the past century @UKLabour has won just 8 Gen elections out of 28. Of those 8 we were only in ‘power’ and ‘govt’ once: That was 1945. The effects of that can still be felt today even after 40 years of neoliberalism..cont
The only way to tackle these multiple threats is to again be in both power & govt. Given what’s at stake & the time left, being in govt alone is not enough. To wield power in our fragmented & broken electoral system we’re going to have to work with others who want the same things
