Only ONE president in US history has ever been formally censured by even one House.
Andrew Jackson by the House, and even that was expunged at the end of his term.
This might seem like weak sauce from @Sen_JoeManchin, but it'd still be historic sauce.
I'm not suggesting censure will swing the 2020 election, obviously. But...
1) He did it: solicited the investigation with pressure from arms sale;
and 2) it was wrong.
That validates the House & weakens Fox propaganda
If Manchin is offering censure to justify 2 no votes, but didn't line up a majority, then this is a sad stunt.
