#Breaking - Some defense sources report #Indian air strikes across the Line of Control in Muzafarabad, #Pakistan. Indian air force briefing expected later today. Pakistan said Indian jets dropped their payloads & "fled". More confirmation of details needed.

There are also reports of dual, air and ground Indian strikes in Pakistan occupied Jammu and Kashmir. No official word yet. Waiting for updates. Stay tuned.

There are also reports that 2 Pakistani JF-17s fighter jets have been shot down.

In this day, with so many Survivors of sexual abuse starting to risk believing that they will be supported if they come out of the shadows, break their silence, risk disclosing, relive the pain from recounting their story, to help others do the same, they need to know we believe.

For Survivors, the internal process they've had to go through to get to a point that they are willing to disclose is an intense one. They lived through the abuse, buried the pain, kept it inside, shut it out, numbed it out, kept a stiff upper lip, all while dying on the inside.

For many Survivors, the abuse happened when they were so young that their little minds couldn't process such violation, such evil being perpetrated, their bodies & their trust. so a part of them went inside, to protect & hide, to forget, took the memories w/ them for safe keeping

Breaking: Large terrorist attack in #India. More than 40 Indian Reserve Police Force personnel were killed and many others injured when Pakistani backed terrorists targeted a convoy with a car bomb at Awantipora in Jammu and Kashmir's today, ndtv.com/india-news/15-…

Reports suggested that the vehicle used by the terrorists was a Mahindra Scorpio carrying more than 350 kg of explosives in what is the worst attack ever on security personnel in the state.

Sources said that terrorists triggered the car bomb while 78 vehicles with over 2,500 reserve police men were on the Srinagar-Jammu highway. The stretch on which the incident occurred had been sanitized in the morning & authorities called it a serious breach of security.

1/ Manu (The progenitor of Humankind)
All different races of Mankind are derived from Manu and Shradha. The current Manu is Vaivasvata Manu.

2/ The word Manu literary means man but it is a title given to the progenitor of mankind. According to Hindu Puranas there are many kalpas (One day of Lord Brahma the creator) and each Kalpa has 14 manvantara and each manvatara has one manu. So basically each Kalpa has 14 Manus.

3/ The current manu of the present manvantara is Shraddhadeva or Vaivasvata Manu of this current Kalpa. He is the son of Vivasvat (Probably Surya) and is therefore also known as Manu-vaivasvata.
