On December 20, Putin absurdly alleged that Poland caused WWII. But it has been missed that he also condemned the Versailles Peace & particularly the German war reparations as excessive. Was he agitating against Russia’s destruction of Donbas?

The basis of these arbitration cases is the Russian-Ukrainian Bilateral Investment Treaty of 1998. Putin forgot that Russia was part of international law. We should all remind him.
