In case you missed it (shame on you), last night’s piece from me, @maya_rstw and @LondonLuke, at the first post-Brexit EU Council and a Brussels wondering ever more what Britain will do next and whether Boris Johnson will keep his word.
Leaked document in my report is current draft of EU negotiating mandate. Has been revised and tightened already. Am told it may be again before it’s signed off before Tuesday cut off. Eg underlined are key additions from last draft on level playing field commitments. 
And more level playing field requirements...
And latest draft has taken out much of the section on space/Galileo cooperation. Wording changed from “the envisaged partnership should provided for the UK to have access to Galileo” to “the envisaged partnership *could*” provide for it.
