2. @RTErdogan threatened to attack US forces with these same foreign terrorist forces and @POTUS @realdonaldtrump withdrew. Was it because he was a coward or was it because he has business in Istanbul? How about both? These are indisputable historic facts.

Full cease fire and no fly supervised by Russia and US.
Turkey withdraws all forces form Syria.
UN moves into Idlib city
Belligerent Sunni forces who won't play ball can be billeted in Hatay.
SAA holds its position
SDF mostly Arab Turkmen &Christians will take over

5. civil affairs with US and Russian help.
Federal local democratic rule is established and the SDF withdraws in coordination with Geneva process, Federal Constitution and free and fair elections. Syrian sovereignty of borders and commerce is established.

6. And then we all get to work rebuilding Syria and letting folks go home. @KremlinRussia_E
