2/ Since 1953, when Nigeria had its first census that was marred in FRADULENT controversies, other subsequent census enumerations, up to the 2006 census, are nothing but SCAMS. While figures have been under-counted in the DENSELY SOUTH, over-counts occur in the SPARSELY NORTH.
3/ Nigeria's FRADULENT census enumerations from 1953-2006, are what make Nigerians believe that a SPARSELY populated NORTH has more population than a DENSELY populated SOUTH. Thus, why the North has 19 States & South, 17 States. Why the North has more Senators, Reps than South.
4/ Just like Nigeria's Population Census, from the first in 1953, to the last in 2006, another GREATEST HEIST in Nigeria, since 1960, is the QUOTA SYSTEM POLICY of admitting students from the North & South, into Secondary Unity Schools & tertiary institutions. See tables below👇

7/ According to GEIDAM, FUNDING to REHABILITATE HARDLINE BH TERRORISTS, who should SERVE THEIR TIME for DESTROYING LIVES & PROPERTIES, 'll come from the PALTRY- Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC) Fund, and the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND). This is SCANDALOUS!
8/ Other sources of funding, according to SEN. GEIDAM include- donations, grants, annual subventions from the government and counterpart funding from the six North-East States of Borno, Bauchi, Yobe, Adamawa, Taraba and Gombe. REALLY?
9/ END- This is hereby calling on all Federal Legislators from the 17 Southern States of Nigeria, including the North Central States, hit by INSURGENTS & TERRORISTS, to KILL THIS BOKO HARAM BILL, NOW. TERRORISTS must not be compensated for ACTS OF TERRORISM with TAX PAYERS NAIRA.
