1) The survey without asking papers which is being referred here is NPR & not NRC. The "buddhijivi" mixed up 2 different exercises here. The NPR exercise doesn't have to do anything with citizenship. It's meant to count RESIDENTS of India & NOT CITIZENS of India.

So, the question of marking somebody "doubtful" does not arise.
2) By saying that just because of a person's religion, a 'D' will be marked, this man is trying to create 'dar ka mahaul". I would love to know his argument supporting this ha-te ful thought.
3) He adds that

before Modi govt., there used to be no Birth Certificate & just birth used to be THE proof.
Bro! I was born in the yr when BJP was just 3 yr old officially & I've a birth certificate.😀
4) Onus of proving citizenship, as per the criterion defined in the Citizenship Act 1955
(3/7)
lies equally on every citizen (resident), irrespective of religion. If a mLim, who himself & his ancestors are from India, is marked doubtful citizen under NRC, then he is equivalent to a NON-mLim who is in the same condition. #CAA2019 provides immunity to NEITHER of them.

5) He claims that it's in the NPR, that one may be marked "D". This is a false claim. That fact that - NPR is NOT a citizenship exercise but mere a POPULATION exercise - itself clarifies it.
6) Last month a Mumbai court pronounced Voter ID as a valid doc to estab. c'ship.
(5/7)
7) He claims, "Criminal court ye wali adaalat nahi hongi. Alag hongi aur inhi ki banaai hui hongi".
Fact: Cr. Courts have been part of Indian Judicial System since the time when Modi wasn't even born. In fact, even his father wasn't born. (Ref. Indian High Court Act, 1861)
(6/7)
8) He claims that by accepting other religion, the 'D' may prevent detention. Again FALSE. It has no grounds. If he is referring the #CAA19, he is WRONG as no provision under it, interprets to such a claim.

Please ask if you need further clarification.

Mr. Harish Salve, a renowned lawyer, who has represented India in International Court of Justice, in case of Kulbhushan Yadav against Pakistan, writes on CAA2019.

(BTW, he charged only ₹1 for appearing in the ICJ)
