2/11 To date in 🇨🇦, all cases of #COVID19 are related to—or close contacts of—travellers that visited #China, #Iran and #Egypt. However, the situation is evolving rapidly as provincial and territorial health authorities continue to investigate potential cases. #coronavirus
3/11 At this time in #Canada, there is no evidence of community spread of #COVID19. Even so, while our focus continues to be on containment to delay the onset of community spread, we are fully engaged in preparedness across the health system. #coronavirus

1. RELIEF FUND: Until we have univ. health care we need an emergency health relief fund. The # of critical cases, meaning cases requiring significant medical intervention, are more than ten fold the number of deaths. For many this will result bankruptcy levels of medical debt.
2. ER COVERAGE: Health Insurance companies should not be allowed to deny coverage for treatments that are not 'pre-approved' or "FDA approved' as all of the treatment options for severe cases of COVID are 'off-label'

Family.. He is Sayed Ja'far, the son of Sayed Mustafa Murtadha. His family is a respected family, from which there are many scholars whose biographies were documented, such as Sayed Haidar and Sayed Jawād, who were prominent scholars during their time.
Upbringing.. Ayat. Sayed Ja'far Murtadha was born in 1945 in Ra's al-'Ayn, South Lebanon, before moving to their current village, Aita. There were no conventional schools where the Sayed was raised, but there was a small room where a teacher schooled about 20 children.
