With additional governors now order/directing stay at home--Michigan, Wisconsin, West Va., Louisiana, Oregon, Indiana, Mass, Ohio and Washington--along with Mass, Delaware, Illinois, Conn, NJ, Calif and NY--that is 127 million people--or half of the United States by my count
To correct this: Total population in those states is 136 million as of 2019. Had dropped one state. So abt 42 percent of US population of 327 million
