🟡Talented scientists in India must be given guaranteed careers which are comparative to good careers in other professions.

@IITJodhpur started young associate for most talented Ph.D scholars to fill the dark period between submitting their thesis and being awarded Ph.D degree
🟡Leverage on the insecurities creeping among diaspora abroad to pick the best talent
