And now a thread: the story of the U.N.'s treatment of Israel, told through statistics.

1. From 2012 through 2015, the U.N. General Assembly adopted 97 resolutions criticizing countries; 83 of those 97 were against Israel, or 86%.

2. From its creation in June 2006 through June 2016, the U.N. Human Rights Council—which stands for equality, objectivity & impartiality—adopted 68 resolutions on Israel and 67 resolutions on the rest of the world combined.
3. Each year, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization @UNESCO adopts some 10 resolutions a year criticizing only #Israel. UNESCO almost never criticizes any other UN member state in a country-specific resolution. unwatch.org/unesco-attacks…
4. @WHO's annual conf addresses #global health issues, with 1 exception: a resolution on “Health conditions in the occupied Palestinian territory, including east Jerusalem, and in the occupied Syrian Golan,” which singles out Israel for condemnation. No other nation is censured.
