Here is what we have: 1) Q implies that Planned Parenthood commits evil. 2) Q claims to be in Trump's inner-circle. If the the first and second propositions are true then Trump knowingly signed off on funding Planned Parenthood. The question then becomes "Why"?

(8) I can find more articles like the others but you see the point. Trump signs off on a law that funds Planned Parenthood but while pursuing a policy to deny it funding. Question: Why?
(9) If Q is to be believed, and I do believe this stuff... somewhat, then it is reasonable to entertain the idea that these actions by Trump, which appear to be contradictory, actually have a purpose. And so a question arises: What's the purpose?
(10) I'm entertaining the idea that Trump is using Omnibus to get the Dems and GOPe to associate themselves with Planned Parenthood (PP). If Q is right then this investigation will produce extremely distasteful findings; findings that lead people to identify PP as evil......
(11) If PP is evil then anyone associated with supporting their funding, as well as the organization itself, is also evil. Of course, Trump signed off on omnibus but remember, Trump Tweeted this after signing omnibus:

(13) Let's summarize: 1) PP may be doing some evil deeds which may be revealed in an investigation. 2) If these evil deeds are revealed than anyone who supports PP is evil too. 3) Omnibus gave support to PP and many Dems and GOPe signed off on that support......
(14) 4) Even though Trump signed omnibus into law, he distanced himself from it.
15) The meaning of all this, to me at least, points toward using this association with evil as a weapon to use against the Dems and GOPe in the midterms. And if Q is real, that won't be the only weapon. We still await the report from IG Horowitz. Here are some Tweets for thought:
