So why do I think #Scrypto will ultimately take over the #rustlang #smartcontract race? Here are my thoughts 🧵
1. Non Fungible and Fungible resources are known first hand by the engine and #scrypto. This is HUGE. You dont need to design behaviors of mint, burn, transfer. They are NOT contracts. These are RESOURCES. This is TRUE native asset first #smartcontract
2. Authorization is built in as a concept and comes in 2 forms. These are simply Fungible/Non Fungible resources. These resources can be used as a form of authorization. In #scrypto, we call them a Proof. Why do we need them? Direct mapping of address => some data is UNSAFE

1. For authorization, its okay to use one badge for multiple components. You can think of authorization as a login to a service/platform you have in real life. Unless you have another whole service, just use one badge!
2. When creating protected methods, its also okay to use admin rights for components to store. This gives the flexibility that the component is able to call other component methods as well as an admin user (should you want to ofc)

$625 million worth of cryptocurrencies were stolen from the Ronin Bridge protocol in March 2022 as a result of an attack by hackers.

In June, Harmony One’s Horizon Bridge lost over $100 million in an attack.

In August, the Nomad Bridge lost another $200 million as a result of an exploited vulnerability in its smart contracts.

Hackers exploited the BSC Token Hub, a cross-chain bridge, on October 6 and drain $570 million.

What are the common in all the above hacks?
They all are blockchain bridge hacks.

Exploiters minted over 1 Billion in $GALA tokens on BSC & fears caused a 20% drop in GALA.

A new exploit on the old Opensea contract is being used to steal your NFTs.

⚠ Signing this seemingly innocent transaction could drain your wallet.

This new exploit dupes the user into signing a transaction, granting the attacker control over the user's proxy contract.

It can steal any NFT that users listed on Opensea before May 2022 (i.e. before Seaport upgrades), primarily through the Wyvern protocol, which grants proxy contracts the ability to withdraw user NFTs.

A key element to understand, and what makes this #DEFI protocol different from centralized lending platforms like #Celsius is the Stability pool.

In short it is set up to punish risk takers and preserve the funds prudent actors
This is how it works:

We lock our #Bitcoin in the #SmartContract, we get a #ZUSD #Stablecoin loan.

We can then add the coins to the stability pool.

Leurs buts est de permettre à un contrat intelligent d’interagir avec un jeton spécifique qui se trouve dans votre #wallet crypto.
@Ledger Quand on parle de wallet #crypto, on parle aussi bien du portefeuille du renard que des cold wallet comme @Ledger, @iSafePal ou @Trezor.

Malgré le fait qu'il faut une action physique sur un Ledger par exemple, une fois l'autorisation donnée, tout est automatique.

Je vais aborder exclusivement mon parcours entre mon apprentissage de Solidity jusqu'à mes premiers projets.

Mais si vous partez de 0, il est important selon moi de comprendre et maîtriser au moins les points qui suivent :
