1. I spotted Russians helping Trump early in 2016. Predicted Trump's behavior would trigger a FISA in May 2016. Nothing that I've seen has surprised me since. I'm expecting a lot more troubling revelations. Now with the GOP vote to put mole in DOJ it may be about to start.
2. Perhaps as a hedge, the two Houses of Congress just did a kumbaya moment with "we're not on team Kremlin" resolutions. This could be just window dressing but may alternatively mean they suspect something's coming. They may want a record to make them look less treasonous.
3. After the 2017 Susan Rice unmasking fiasco it appeared to me that the GOP was worried about 702 intercepts. The best explanation I could construct from the facts was that they knew Russian money had reached the GOP. The records showed it likely started in June 2016.
4. I was tracking Trump finances with every filing. One thing that Bankruptcy practice makes you proficient at is reading financials. Suddenly Trump's deficit stopped but I was caught up looking at other issues. But I keep my work papers. They were broke until the June 9 meeting Trump May 16 to 31, 2016. Broke. $45MM loan.Trump June 16 -31, 2016. Flush and loan gone.July 16 - 31 2016 money rolling in.
5. I've traced Ponzi's for a living. Give me the Trump and GOP bank accounts and 20 FINCEN accountants and bet I find the Russian money. Trump's team didn't think they'd win. They weren't careful. Putin had a long game plan. Not Trump. Here he is at the moment he knew he'd won. Trump on Election night at moment he won. With Ivanka. They both look like they want to die.
6. I've been harsh on Strock but I also know that he's been in the long and difficult game. So I'll judge him when the game is over. Tomorrow is the 2nd Inning of a 9 inning game. He may have Mueller's blessing and will be testifying while his old boss is unsealing indictments. Trump on Election night at moment he won. With Ivanka. They both look like they want to die.
7. Get your popcorn ready. @maddow @kylegriffin1 @Lawrence
8. In June I spotted what I thought was @realDonaldTrump contacting the Russians. I think I was 100% on the button. It's fascinating that almost two years to the day he's returning to the scene of the cime. Think he knows what Echelon is now? @NSAGov
9. I first suspected Trump's little escapade on June 21:
10. I even warned about FINCEN on June 23:
11. On June 23, 2016, the @nytimes confirmed Trump's sudden trip to Scotland was occuring at an odd time: When his campaign was out of money. Hmm? On
12. June 23 I tipped off both the Secret Service and the FBI:
Don't thank me Donald. Just doing my duty.
13. Enjoy your little meeting Vova (@KremlinRussia_E). But remember, we're on to you both. Our law and Constitution will deal him. Our @USArmyEurope, @USNavy, @USMC and @US_Stratcom will deal with you. Слава Україні!
14. Here is an August 3, 2016 @nytimes article reporting on the miraculous appearance of many small Trump donors that resulted in a huge uptick in his campaign receipts.

Fueled by Small Donations, Donald Trump Makes Up Major Financial Ground nyti.ms/2aAfjK1 Trump Supporter with a red MAGA hat.
15. Smurfs are not just cartoon characters. Smurfs are also a term used in money laundering investigations. They are multiple small money changers who together combine to launder a large amount of money.
16. This is from a 2010 FINCEN publication. "'Smurfs' are teams of persons who, acting in conjunction with or on behalf of other persons, structure financial transactions for the purpose of evading the requirement to file a Currency Transaction Report."
17. The NY Times article says Trump had fixed his cash problem by "converting the passion of his core followers into a flood of small donations on a scale rarely seen in national politics." I think Donald found whole lot of Russian Smurfs. And he shared them with the GOP. Smurf
18. I think I figured out the Smurf angle. Meet daddy Smurf.
