Football diplomacy continues in Seoul: There is an adult football exchange featuring teams from 2 NK labor associations who will play 2 matches with SK labor unions. The games are scheduled at 4pm on Aug 11 and 30k are expected at Seoul's World Cup Stadium yonhapnews.co.kr/nk/2018/08/10/…
Out of that 30,000, 20,000 will be members of SK's 2 major labor unions that will play NK teams: (1) Federation of Korean Trade Unions (FKTU) and (2) Korean Confederation of Trade Unions (KCTU). These labor unions figure prominently in SK politics

NK teams are supposedly from unions representing construction and light-industrial laborers. Supposed since you can never be sure and their skill levels seem impressive. Recall Thae Yong-ho's story re NK's UK embassy bringing in national team members
So how is SK treating these soccer-playing laborers? Very well. Here, they are being welcomed by SK supporters and union members at Walker Hill, where they are being put up -- the same 5-star lodging where Kim Yo-jong and Kim Yong-chol spent nights
Based on skills displayed in above footage, NK will win hands down. You can see some overweight SK players (LOL). This pair of soccer matches is the first "citizen exchange" to take place since the Panmunjom Declaration (April 27th).

Japan declines to attend a naval event in Jeju after repeated calls by SK not to arrive with its Rising Sun Flag symbolizing Imperial Japan. However the real reason why it chose not to attend is more intricate.

They leaked news that the lead vessel of the host country may switch to ROKS Dokdo, which is the largest SK navy vessel. Dokdo is an island but also the name of this LPH-class amphibious vessel with a platform that can launch helis, Ospreys and even VTOLs

Nu hinner jag inte läsa själva forskningsartikeln men om ABC inte har missuppfattat totalt är resultatet inte ens det att skärmar i klassrum sänker betyget. De har visat att (FLASH!) skärmar som inte har med undervisningen att göra distraherar eleverna så att de får lägre betyg.
Nåväl, utan att gå all James Randi på er, ponera att vi faktiskt kan laxa upp en studie som visar att användning av skärmar i undervisningen ger lägre betyg. Då ser jag två grundläggande problem direkt.
