1) Constitutional Crisis Incited by the Disloyal Opposition

The Dem minority "Gang of Four" has declared war on the Constitution, UNLAWFULLY ordering their party loyalists in the Executive Branch Administrative State to MUTINY by disobeying a LAWFUL, direct Presidential order.
2) In 1969, in Brandenburg v. Ohio, the Supreme Court ruled that speech "directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action and ... likely to incite or produce such action" is NOT protected by the First Amendment.
3) Further, the Court opined speech loses First Amendment protection when it directs a specific person or group to commit immediate lawless action. Also, there must be an expectation that the speech will in fact lead to lawless action. The Gang of Eight letter does so precisely.
