Per the complaint, in 2018 leader, member of the "Rise Above Movement", a white supremacy extremist group headquartered in Southern California, went to Germany, Italy, and Ukraine to celebrate Hitler’s birthday, meet with white supremacist groups. splcenter.org/hatewatch/2018…
Unsealed criminal complaint mentions "Rise Above Movement" members meeting Olena Semenyaka "the leader of the International Department of the National Corps". Per @splcenter, Semenyaka is "a leading figure within the fascist, neo-Nazi scene in Eastern Europe"
Worth mentioning that in October The National Corps welcomed American alt-right figure Greg Johnson in Kyiv for the Paneuropa conference. Johnson gave a lecture but didn't hide he came to learn from Ukraine's ultranationalists' success as well.
"I came to learn how we can make things better in the US and Western Europe", Greg Johson said in Kyiv. He lamented the state of alt-right in the US, and praised Ukraine's white nationalists capable of "real street activism":

LAFAYETTE, La. – United States Attorney David C. Joseph announced that Jose Melchor Martinez, 48, a resident of Church Point and a citizen of Mexico, has been arrested after being charged by a federal criminal complaint in U.S. District Court with re-entry of a removed alien.
According to the criminal complaint filed on October 12, 2018, Martinez illegally re-entered the United States after being deported on September 6, 2003, and had not received permission from the U.S. Attorney General or the Secretary of the Dept of Homeland Security to re-enter.
