Facebook ad mindset hack:

Once you read this, you’ll never look at your ad sets the same.

(This is a long one, like this thread so you can come back to it later)
Let’s just cut to the chase here.

You need to view your business.. as a business.

Shocking, I know.
What do I mean by that?

Think of every single ad set as a employee that you hire to do the marketing for your product.

As the owner of a business, you hire employees to make the business money.
Your goal is to pay the employees less than what they bring in for you so that you make a profit on their work.

You’re also detaching your time from generating money.

This is why we’re all doing this entrepreneurship thing in the first place.
So how does this apply to Facebook ads?

Your motto: Hire fast, fire faster.
Make a ton of ad sets, be testing new ad sets every single day.

This is the same as a business owner expanding his marketing efforts. Hire a ton of employees to scale up quickly.

What’s more important than that?
Cutting the dead weight.

If an employee isn’t giving you a good return on your investment, fire his ass.

This applies to an ad set.
Let your employee go through training and learn how to do his job.

Let your ad set optimize (3-5 days unless you’re dropping $500/day or more) and learn how to do ITS job.
If you’re losing money after your employee has been fully trained,

or your ad set has been fully optimized,

shut it the fuck down.
If your employee is MAKING you money, hire his friend. He’s probably a hard working dude that surrounds himself by hard working people.

If your ad set is PROFITABLE, duplicate it and increase the budget by 10%. It’s clearly targeting the right segment and converting traffic.
Hire fast, fire faster homies.
