Here's a list of narratives pro-Kremlin & Kremlin-funded media outlets and pro-Kremlin trolls are peddling online about the Kerch Strait incident. I'll update it as new narratives develop
8. Ukrainian protesters outside the Russian embassy in Kiev might be getting paid by Soros
9. Kiev and NATO staged a provocation to further sour US-Russia relations and cause confrontation
10. Russia blocked the Ukrainian ships because it wants to prevent further militarization of the Sea of Azov
11. Ukraine is blowing the Kerch incident out of proportion to undermine Nord Stream 2 and the TurkStream
12. It doesn't matter that the Azov sea doesn't *actually* belong to Russia because Russia sees it as its own and, therefore, trying to enter these waters is "irresposible"
13. Whataboutism: Brussels (NATO/EU) said nothing when Ukrainian nationalists threatened to blow up the Kerch bridge but are criticizing Russia for its actions now
14. Firing at Ukrainian vessels was not an attack🤦🏻‍♀️
15. Ukraine is overrun by Nazis who are trying to provoke a military conflict with Russia
