"Enthusiastically" is not a strong enough word. At the time of this writing, @BeegorBucleor had replied to the thread in question 33 times in under 24 hours, with no sign of slowing down. Most replies show a fixation on the Atlantic Council, which was not the topic of the thread.
Geographic attribution is difficult, but judging by @BeegorBucleor's tweet schedule the operator most likely resides on Mars. (We've seen this pattern a few times before and have yet to come up with a reasonable explanation, at least when the account doesn't seem automated).
