Answering this allegation will require admitting Rosenstein is not supervising Mueller's investigation of obstruction for firing Comey. Because Mueller isn't investigating that allegation. The final report of Mueller may explain why RR had to hand the case to Whitaker.
Any references to Mueller appear to be in his role as the leader, all specific actions & misconduct alleged seem to be focused on 4 of the Angry Democrat lawyers.
