Juncker's comments which appear to have angered May: "We would like our British friends to, within a few weeks, set our their expectations for us. Because we are in a debate that is sometimes nebulous and imprecise."
Asked about this exchange, Theresa May admitted the pair had a "robust" exchange" but that Juncker said he used the term "nebulous" in relation to a "general level of debate" and not her personally.
