(4/13) So if you've read those you will see that there's a high probability the mystery case is "DNC vs RU, Russian Individuals".

Why this case? Well...

(5/13) ...
(1) the timing matches up to the appeal mid-DEC.
(2) What other case requires an entire floor to be cleared?
VEB vs USA? Naw.
Qatar & (QIA) vs USA? More likely but still not "clear the floor" level of importance.

So why RU vs DNC? Well...

(6/13) the argument RU presents is "We are at War" and this should be ruled on by the heads of state (Trump & Putin). This is their main argument point. What does it mean??? Oh boy...

(7/13)...it means that every case hereafter is based upon Russia's assumption that they were at war with the USA. THEREFORE, every case of Russian campaign funding tied to Russia is, by category, an ACT OF TREASON. This is the freaking law - not a loose interpretation.

(8/13) So the guilty parties all know their little campaign donations, their silly efforts to obstruct, everything they don't know that was attached to their campaign, and THE RNC-HACKED EMAILS!!!

(9/13) Yessiree...Russia has many, many GOP leadership on the hook now. Instead of a little case of oopsie-daisies we took the wrong money, it's HOLY FUCKFACE BATMAN WE COMMITTED TREASON!!

(10/13) So now we are waiting on Chief Justice Roberts to make a decision on hearing this case at the SC level. THIS is why the GOP was so damn intent on getting Kavanaugh in there. The more angry the Rs got him at the Dems, the more likely he might dislike them for this case.

(11/13) It's all making sense now. Kavanaugh is all for this type of ruling. This is the case that sinks the GOP and many are facing DEATH - not prison - but DEATH. That's how the US rolls in cases of treason!

(12/13) Coker, Flake, etc. they are looking at their pals facing treason. Russia has them by the balls here. Just like the midterm elections, we are again facing a moment that will impact each and every American - and the world for that matter.

(13/13) The fate of the world may be in Chief Justice Robert's hands right now (appointed by GW Bush and definitely leans Conservative). Let's all hope and pray that he hasn't been compromised. Scary to think just how delicate this is right now.

P.S. 1... about an hour after this thread was posted, the SC submitted their response. I've been thinking that if Trump goes rage-tweeting soon that we should have an answer. Well...
