1. Women who have been "handled" in public by Joe Biden won't pimp slap him for this reason: they don't want to raise a ruckus in public.

2. His kind counts on that.

3. And he usually gropes one of the kids when the dad's attention is diverted.

4. Jeff Sessions' attention was *not* diverted, which is why he was able to brush Biden's hand away from his granddaughter when Biden tried to put his grubby mitts on her.
