@SamAdvocacy There is a multi sectorial approach to this. As it has a lot to do with politics and the economy as it does with health.
The government has a lot to do in fixing the economy to reduce the poverty rate.

Cos with early presentation, the patient is better managed and has a higher chance of a good outcome.
And Ofcourse, not all malnutrition is treated with food (atleast in isolation), some could be due to an underlying disease. 👇🏽

Drs have to of course stabilize, then diagnose the underlying cause of the malnutrition and treat accordingly. This can only be done when they present to the hospital and early, again buttressing the need for Public health education
