Palestinian police hold mtgs w/ ‘Volunteer Units of Judea & Samaria’, Israeli settlers who guard illegal outposts on confiscated Palestinian land. So as PA officials rail against settlements & call for dismantling them, their police effectively coordinating w settler militias 2/6
PA forces provide Israeli army with intel on Palestinians used to prosecute them in military courts defined by systematic abuse, discrimination & sham trials w near 100% conviction rate. One Western police adviser said “Israeli prosecutors very impressed w/ evidence they got” 3/6
PA vehicles now equipped w/ GPS trackers, so Israeli army can monitor in real time their movements through the West Bank. PA security forces apparently “enthusiastic” that Israel controls their movements in territory within state of Palestine where they should move freely 4/6

Bottom line: Israel/US want to make permanent Palestinian subjugation, living separately/unequally under Israeli control. Palestinian Authority today key cog in maintaining this discriminatory system- providing cover for & actively complicit in repression of Palestinians 6/6
