1. I long feared a demagogue might arise to inflame the white-supremacist base that I inaccurately put at 15% in 2016. It's more like 25%. Trump is going to ignite that hate-filled subset of the American electorate as an intentional affront to the remaining voters.
2. The goal will be to create a political environment so toxic, that the opponents can't withstand the attack and the turnout is depressed. That's Trump and the GOP turned Fascist Party's play. Trump's not being subtle and @SenateGOP remain silent. So how do we deal with that?
3. States should expect agitators near political rallies. Mueller described GRU infiltration in 2016 campaign. State law enforcement should assume Russia continues attacks as Trump has signaled he'd allow it. Foreign involvement should be met with prompt #FISA authorities.
4. The House Democrats are best served by making it clear that they require they be in the loop on any counterintelligence investigations related to the 2020 campaign cycle and vote integrity in general. @RepAdamSchiff
