1) After watching the 5 part series "Chernobyl," I want to ask a simple question.

How are we different than the USSR in 1986?

2) Equate the USSR "state" to the USA and it's "deep state," and I'm hard pressed to find many differences, but many similarities:

3) Both lied to their populations incessantly about basically everything.

4) The USSR had a state media, we have a de-facto state media, the (mockingbird) "fake news" "mainstream media" filled with subversives that use their position to fool good people.

5) Both cover up state secret leaks. Like Imran Awan in our case. Cherynobyl in the USSR's case.

6) Both come up with lies to start wars.

7) Both engage in election meddling.

8) Both engage in massive surveillance programs to spy on their populations.

9) Both use the levers of state power to prop up the unworthy, and suppress anyone that can speak out and tell the truth.

10) Neither country would ever let anyone become "president" without the approval of their respective "deep states."

11) Both control the political system, ours shoves a 2 party political system that feigns the illusion of choice on us, when in reality all of us see the RINOs in power, yet we keep voting them in.

12) Both create a climate in which dissent = punishment. Look at Antifa. The MSM is worse with it's blue check attack mobs. Then we have the worst, most fascist entity humanity may ever have created: BIG TECH. Subverting everything without a club, a nerve gas, a gun, anything.

13) Both create state controlled technology.

We are told FacePrison and Gulagle are stories of invention. They're DARPA. a Soviety style, centrally controlled, tech channel to, in part, invent means of population control masked as innovation.

14) The USSR operated on a system of favors and party control.

Hillary, Obama, RINOs, McCain, Democrats; that's our version. Find me a difference.

15) I could add 50 more examples, I think the point is obvious.

Chernobyl happened because the truth was hidden from people that could have prevented it. And people who knew the truth either failed to, or couldn't act for lack of courage.

16) People like Peter Strozk. Party faithful that would do anything to lie for the deep state to further their own self interest.

Remember when we laughed at Russia calling their Putin controlled country "Russian style democracy" - ours is kinda just as "Russian."

17) Look at peak USSR, it's easy to identify their own Peter Stzork types duh, they were filled with party faithful. We're filled with a ton more Peter Stzroks.

18) I have shared this before, but it's back because it continues to be ignored how infested with Fascists Washington, DC is.

Look how blue those who run the United States is.

Tell me how this is different than peak Communist party USSR this is?

There are move levels to this which I have found new reason to stick around here a bit longer to explore.

USSR, Nazi Germany, Mussolini Italy, Mao China.

United States of America 2019.

All Fascist states. We just haven't self realized it. Look around you.

20) Orwell said, "don't let it happen, it depends on you."

Problem? Sadly, we may be past the point of no return. Yawn at plans to trust when an invasion is happening on our southern border. A fascist would seek to pacify those awake. The unpacified would demand results NOW.

21) 1984 is a terrifying masterpiece, as noted here. Orwell commented that it was the direction we are headed 👉 in 1950 👈, just a few years after the jubilation of WW2. Is he wrong in the face of a 10 yo drag queen dancing on Good Morning America?

The USSR was pacified with despair.

We're pacified with drugs, porn, technology, etc.

Guess someone figured out it's easier to pacify a population with a big party.
