Breaking my policy against sharing viral stories to say that speaking up when someone is engaged in rule-breaking, especially rule-breaking that lowers everyone else's quality of life, is prosocial behavior and we're going to miss it when we eradicate it.
Living in a high-trust society means, among other things, being able to trust that if you say to someone “This is the express lane” or “Can you please turn down your headphones,” they won't scream, start following you around—or throw a tantrum & try to ruin your life on Twitter.
If that all sounds priggish, just remember that, in a low-trust society, informal rule-enforcement is replaced by formal rule-enforcement (e.g. surveillance), which is less flexible, less humane, and generally worse for everybody, the disadvantaged most of all.
