Congress made a mistake discussing Part 2 at the start and Part 1 later. confusing to the audience, and this was ultimately about Russian interference, start at the beginning!
the hearings only revealed why these hearings were important...at the very end!!! those should have been the first questions. "Mr. Mueller, why is your team's work and report important to the protection of America and its constituents?"
hearings barely touched on problems with presidential campaign being open to contact from Russia, promotion of Wikileaks by a candidate, nothing much about campaigns unwittingly amplifying foreign propaganda....if those aren't explained first, its hard to understand obstruction
