@guardian 6/Events in UK, US so similar. Russian penetration of reactionary forces in both countries; illicit and consequential support in narrow, divisive victories; extraordinary efforts to suppress investigations into these dirty deals, to protect party in ill-gotten power.
@guardian 7/Point - for those fighting these Russian ops in UK/US, that similar things have happened in both places makes it easier to reject more innocent explanations for the dark truth - the US/UK govts gained power w/Russia help; now covering it up; are compromised, beholden to Putin.
