Turkish-backed ‘Syrian National Army’ says it has renovated and reopened the Armenian Orthodox Church In Tel Abyad, attended by 5 people... 
The fact that the ‘Syrian National Army’ speaks of renovation at all shows that the church was subject to damage of some sort when the town was taken from the SDF.
Per these pictures and other evidence from @jenanmoussa, it’s likely the church was vandalised on the inside by members of the ‘Syrian National Army’ (also noted by @ClintWarren6)
