1/If Putin could have hatched a scheme to both weaken Ukraine, a nation he's at war with, and once again bloody up the leading Democrat who once again has a history of challenging Russia, it would look a lot like what Trump has done w/Ukraine and Biden this year.
2/While in 2016 it may be the Trump/Russia efforts to damage Clinton/Dems were loose, operating in parallel, this time their efforts may be far more integrated, mature, ambitious; and this time it involves WH/StateUSG itself, Cong. Rs too.
