The Commission in partnership with IDLO organised a three-day retreat for the Committee on the development of Regulations under Access to Information Act, 2016 at Sentrim Hotel, Elementaita #AccessToInfoKE 
The retreat was aimed at; Consideration and adoption of the first Draft ATI Regulations by the members, sharing of best practices and experience by the participants of the learning program on the Right to Information in India #AccessToInfoKE
Consideration of the experiences for possible inclusion in the draft regulations and formulation of a road map for the draft Regulations. The retreat was also attended by a representative from open governance partnership(OGP), KNADS , Department of Justice from AG's office
